General Guidance
Children under 5 years stay free in parents' bed.
Dog per day without food € 8.00.
Please mention when booking that you bring a dog, as only certain rooms can be occupied by a dog. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
General Cancellation Policy
If canceled up to 48 h before arrival date, no fee will be charged.
In case of late cancellations or non-arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the total booking sum.
Example: arrival day on May 5, free cancellation possible until May 3, midnight.
Special Cancellation Policy
Special cancellation conditions apply all tradeshows and Oktoberfest as well as all other bookings in which we inform you about special cancellation conditions. The amount of the cancellation fees as well as the period of the non-cancelable booking will be explicitly communicated to you in your booking confirmation. We ask for your understanding!
